Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Acceptance of Terms & Nature of Service

Welcome to Edura. By using our platform (whether as a teacher or student), you fully agree to these terms. Edura provides AI-powered software tools to help teachers create and manage educational content. Edura is not an educational institution, and we bear no responsibility for academic outcomes or the quality of content that teachers provide to their students.

Account Responsibilities & Invitations (Teachers)

Since the platform allows teachers to invite students (including minors under 18 years of age), the teacher acknowledges and agrees to the following: • Legal Authorization: The teacher is solely liable for obtaining all necessary consents from parents or school administration before inviting any student to the platform. • Account Confidentiality: The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Edura is not liable for any breach resulting from user negligence. • Content Responsibility: The teacher is fully responsible for any content (texts, files, links) shared within their virtual classrooms. Sharing any content that violates third-party intellectual property rights or violates the laws and public morals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Human content: The teacher retains full ownership rights to original files and content they upload (not generated through our tools). However, the teacher grants Edura a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display this content exclusively for their students within the platform. • AI-generated content: All educational outputs created using Edura's tools (such as plans, tests, summaries) are shared assets. Edura has the right to reuse and develop this content for commercial or operational purposes after anonymization and removal of any data identifying the teacher or student.

AI Disclaimer

Edura's AI tools are designed to assist and accelerate work, but they may occasionally produce inaccurate information. The teacher acknowledges their commitment to reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before sharing them with students. Edura fully disclaims responsibility for any scientific or linguistic errors resulting from the use of these tools.

Payments & Refund Policy

All financial transactions are processed securely through the certified service provider (Tuwaiq Pay). Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate consumption of AI resources (API Usage), all subscriptions and payments are non-refundable once the account is activated and generation tools are used, unless Saudi law requires otherwise.

Acceptable Use Policy & Infrastructure Protection

To ensure server stability (uptime) and service quality for all subscribers, the following is strictly prohibited: • Using automated software (Bots/Scrapers) to extract data or deplete platform resources. • Attempting reverse engineering of any platform algorithms or code. Edura reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account immediately and without prior notice if it is found to pose a security or operational risk to the platform's infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Edura provides its services "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from temporary interruptions due to server updates or service provider outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edura's financial liability to any user shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the user during the last 12 months.

Legal Jurisdiction: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
